This past weekend the Little Tikes™ Cozy Coupe® was inducted into the Western Reserve Historical Society’s Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum in Cleveland, OH as a made-in America icon. The Crawford Museum will house one of the first Cozy Coupes® to come off the production line in 1979 as well a 30th Anniversary edition Cozy Coupe®.

Selling 10 million over 30 years is pretty impressive! And outselling on-road counterparts in 2008 is even more so. Little Tikes certainly seem to have done a good job of cornering the market. I bet the real car manufacturers had their noses put out of joint a bit when the sales tables were announced!

This is a classic design, i don’t know anyone who doesnt know what a cozy coupe is. I really love the 30th anniversary edition as well!
